Our tools run on servers we administer ourselves, and they are built so you can run them the same way.
One problem per tool
Fewer features means less to configure, less to break, and less to learn before the thing is useful.

Monitoring is only useful if it still works six months later. Our tools sit quietly until something needs your attention.
